المدرسة ليست مكاناً للتكرار والحفظ فقط بل هي مجمع أنوار تتعلم فيه كيف تفكر وكيف تعرف نفسك وكيف تسير في طريق الحق إنها مصنع العقول ورياض القلوب وطريق إلى النور وهل يرضى الله عني إذا ذهبت إلى المدرسة؟ نعم يا بني بل تسير إليها وأنت في طريق إلى الجنة إذا أخلصت النية فقد قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من سلك طريقاً يلتمس فيه علماً سهل الله له به طريقاً إلى الجنة فكل خطوة تخطوها إلى المدرسة إذا كانت لله فهي عبادة وكيف أجعل نيتي لله؟ ماذا أنوي يا أبي؟ يا بني اجعل ذهابك إلى المدرسة طريقاً إلى الله انو أن تتعلم لتعرفه أكثر ولتحبه أكثر وأن تنفع بعلمك نفسك وغيرك وأن ترفع جهلك وتزيد نورك فإذا جعلت نيتك لله صار كل يوم في المدرسة عبادة وأصبح لعملك روح ونور الآن أعرف لماذا أتعلم لأصنع بعلمي حياة أجمل وأقدم لديني وناسي شيئاً نبيل

My child, why do I go to school every day? I wake up early and feel tired, yet I don’t fully understand the purpose of it. Do I go because everyone goes? Or because the law requires it? Or because if I stay absent, you and my mother would be upset?

That’s a beautiful question, my son. Because the one who doesn’t know why they do something loses their motivation. Tell me, what do you do there?

I find teachers, friends, books, and lessons—and I find myself learning new things every day. But I want to understand: for whom? And why do I learn?

The school is not just a place for repetition and memorization; rather, it is a gathering of light where you learn how to think, how to know yourself, and how to walk on the path of truth. It is a factory of minds, a garden for hearts, and a path toward light.

And will Allah be pleased with me if I go to school?

Yes, my son. In fact, you are walking toward Paradise when you go, if your intention is sincere. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever follows a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make a path to Paradise easy for him.” So every step you take to school, if it is for Allah, is an act of worship.

And how do I make my intention for Allah? What should I intend, my father?

My son, make your going to school a path to Allah. Intend that you learn to know Him more, to love Him more, to benefit yourself and others with your knowledge, to remove your ignorance, and to increase your light. If you make your intention for Allah, then every day at school becomes an act of worship, and your actions gain a soul and a light.

Now I understand why I learn: to build a more beautiful life through my knowledge, and to offer something noble to my religion and my people.
